National Fund convened the AGM

KATHMANDU: The inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Fund Management Limited, convened on Thursday, Dec 14, 2023, at Hotel Aloft, Kathmandu, has concluded with the endorsement of a 4.21% dividend distribution from the net profit of the fiscal year 2022/23.

In a remarkable achievement for its first year of establishment, National Fund has not only conducted a successful AGM but has also initiated fundraising and deployment activities through its inaugural diversified private equity fund named “National Equity Fund-1.”

With over 75% institutional promoters, National Fund is duly licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal as a Private Equity & Venture Capital Fund Manager.
