Menuka Poudel makes debut in Hindi playback singing (with video)

KATHMANDU: The song sung by Menuka Poudel of Nepal in the movie ‘Salaar’ starring South Indian actor Prabhas has been released.
The production company Hombale Films has released a Hindi song with the lyrics ‘Sooraj Hi Chhaon Banke’.
Poudel recorded this song a few days ago. With this song, Menuka officially made her debut in Indian film playback singing.
Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran are portrayed in the song which is prepared in a lyrical style. Listening to the song is touching. The song is composed by Ravi Basrur and the lyrics are written by Riya Mukherjee.
Menuka said in the most recent episode of Indian Idol that she has recorded a song for the film Salaar. In a short amount of time, the song, which was published on YouTube on Wednesday evening, has earned considerable acclaim.
The film, directed by Prashanth Neel of ‘KGF,’ stars Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Tinu Annad, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and other actors in addition to Prabhas.
This film will be screened from Dec 22nd.
