Bus-bike accident: Collision in Chitlang claims one’s life

KATHMANDU: A bus and a motorcycle collision in Makwanpur’s Thaha Municipality-9 Chitlang, killing one person.

Last night, a bus Ba 4 Kha 8773 bound for Kathmandu Chitlang and a motorcycle Ba 65 Pa 4173 bound for Kathmandu collided.

Manoj Gamal, 30, of Thaha Municipality-10, was killed in the accident.

According to police, he died while being treated at a trauma clinic in Kathmandu.

The injured 48-year-old Shambhu Gamal is being treated, according to Makwanpur Acting Police Spokesperson and Police Inspector Prakash Shah.

According to the authorities, an investigation into the collision is ongoing.
