At today's cabinet meeting, decisions ranging from the creation of a committee to investigate the Ncell issue to the nomination of the Chair of the Water Supply and Tariff Commission were taken.
KATHMANDU: Several decisions were made at the cabinet meeting in Singha Durbar.
At today’s cabinet meeting, decisions ranging from the formation of a committee to investigate the Ncell issue to the nomination of the Chair of the Water Supply and Tariff Commission were taken.
Look at the decision on three points:-
1. Form a high-level study and investigation committee under the coordination of former Auditor General Tankamani Sharma to study and investigate the share purchase and sale of telecommunication service provider company Ncell and submit a report within one month.

2. To appoint Mr. Rudraprasad Gautam as the vacant Chair of Water Supply and Tariff Commission and Mr. Yashoda Karki and Mr. Kulbhushan Sharma as members.
3. In order to negotiate the aid received from the World Bank for the “Regional and Local Road Improvement Program First Phase”, a negotiation team under the coordination of the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Finance will be formed and authorized to negotiate.
