Spectralite UK Limited and Axiata UK Limited inked an agreement for Ncell’s share trading 6 days ago. This deal states that Spectralite UK will hold 100% of the shares of Reynolds Holding Limited in Axiata St. Kitts and Nevis.

Reynolds Holding owns 80 percent of Ncell. Satishlal Acharya is Spectralite UK’s investor. He is a Nepali businessman located in Singapore. The government voiced its anger, claiming that Ncell was purchased and sold before the process was completed.
