KATHMANDU: Muktinath Krishi Company Limited has appointed share registrar.

The company has appointed Muktinath Capital as the share registrar.

Muktinath Capital has been selected as the company’s share registrar to handle all aspects of preserving records of securities transactions, canceling filings, naming, withholding, and so on.

Muktinath Capital’s Chief Executive Officer Kabindra Dhwaja Joshi and Muktinath Krishi Company Limited’s Director Tulsi Ram Dhakal inked the deal.
