Nabil Bank launches the facility of clearing cheques through machines

KATHMANDU: Nabil Bank, which has been a pioneer in digitizing banking services and facilities, has launched a facility that allows cheques to be cleared using machines.

According to the bank, the consumer may now deposit the payment straight into the corresponding Nabil account using the cheque itself.

Customers may now deposit cheque at their leisure, even outside of office hours, thanks to this service.

The bank stated that it is convinced that its clients would completely benefit from this service since it will save them time and allow them to do transactions automatically and spontaneously.

The service is now available at 10 Nabil Bank branches, six in Kathmandu Valley and four beyond the valley.

This service is available in Tindhara, Lalitpur, Tripureshwar, New Baneshwor, New Road, and Kuleshwar branches within the valley, as well as Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, and Butwal branches outside the valley, according to the bank.

Nabil Bank is one of the leading commercial banks of Nepal.

The bank has been providing services through 19 extension counters and 310 ATM machines with a network of 266 branches across the country.

Nabil Bank has more than 1.8 million customers so far.
