Nepali student died within four days of reaching Britain
Kamala, 31, was kept at home on December 3 after experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort, vomiting, and diarrhea while studying at BPP University West London.

KATHMANDU: A Nepalese woman has died in Britain. Kamala Gurung of Syangja Biruwa-4, Orste, who reached in the UK on a student visa only four days ago, died on Sunday.
Kamala, 31, was kept at home on Dec 3 after experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort, vomiting, and diarrhea while studying at BPP University West London.
An ambulance was called at 3 p.m., and she was rushed to the emergency department of the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Redding. However, after 8:00 p.m., the hospital’s “interpreter” contacted her brother-in-law and informed him that Kamala had died.
Following that, Bishan Gurung, a media worker in Redding, phoned Prem Gahamgar, president of the Non-Resident Nepali Association UK (Gaha Magar Group), at 9 a.m. and requested assistance.
