15 held for gambling

KATHMANDU: Police on Sunday mornig arrested 15 people, including 23-year-old Somraj Thanay, a resident of the Konjyosom Rural Municipality-1, Timaldanda, while gambling at the house of Shyam Tamang, a resident of the same municipality.

Based on the information that they were gambling at Shyam’s house, the police deputed from Britta Chapagaon arrested them with 173,110 rupees and 16 pieces of kauda.

The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
