In Pics: Int’l Watercolor Festival

KATHMANDU: The 3rd International Watercolor Festival has started in Kathmandu.

The festival, which began on Saturday, included 340 artworks from 39 nations at the Nepal Art Council in Babar Mahal.

This art event will include 30 international artists as well as more than 150 Nepalese artists.

According to the organizers, the initiative would serve to transmit Nepal’s original identity to the rest of the globe.

The works of 115 Nepalese artists are presently on exhibit as part of the 340 art pieces that will be shown.

This festival, organized by the International Watercolor Society Nepal, will run till Mangsir 20 (Dec 6).
