PM Dahal’s granddaughter gets engaged, wedding set for Dec 9

KATHMANDU: Pratibha Pathak, daughter of Renu Dahal, Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality, is getting married.

She is engaged to Gorkha’s Bigyanbabu Regmi.

They are set to tie the knot on Mangsir 23 (Dec 9).

Pratibha is Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s granddaughter.

Prime Minister Prachanda also attended the engagement on Tuesday.

Pratibha pursued her higher studies abroad. Renu is Prachanda’s middle daughter.

Renu has a son and a daughter.

Renu’s spouse, Arjun Pathak, is also in Bharatpur Metropolitan.

They got married in India during the Civil War.
