Woman’s body found covered with hay

KATHMANDU: A woman’s body was discovered in a mango grove in Dhanauji Rural Municipality-4 Bhadariya, Dhanusa.

The locals informed the police after seeing the body on Tuesday.

The body was found covered with hay.

Dhanusha Superintendent of Police (SP) Mitrabandhu Sharma led a squad to the scene.

SP Sharma stated that an inquiry into the event has begun with the help of a dog team.

According to the early investigation, the woman may have been killed 5/6 days ago.

The woman’s body is yet to be identified.
