Citizens Bank inaugurates its 189th branch in Teku
The bank now has 37 branches in Kathmandu Valley and 51 branches in Bagmati State.
KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Limited has inaugurated its 189th branch in Teku, Kathmandu, as part of its ongoing branch expansion.
The bank now has 37 branches in Kathmandu Valley and 51 branches in Bagmati State.
The new branch was launched today in Teku by Prabal Jung Pandey, Chair of the bank’s board of directors. In his remarks to the program, Chair Pandey stated that the bank will work without sacrificing smart banking and strong governance.
Members of the bank’s board of directors, as well as the CEO and top management, were in attendance.
Representatives from local governments, industrialists, businesses, chiefs of numerous associations, and civil society leaders all attended the branch’s inauguration ceremony.
The bank intends to provide all retail banking services required to fulfill the financial demands of consumers through this facility-equipped branch, including locker services, ATM services, and financial access to small and large businessmen.

Citizens Bank International Limited has been providing modern banking services to 1675,000 customers through its 189 branches, 149 ATMs and 97 branchless banking units spread across the country.
