Durga Prasai barred from entering Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Durga Prasai, an anti-republican businessman who had traveled to Gaushala for the demonstration, was turned away by Pepsicola police.

Prasai walked from Sano Thimi in Bhaktapur to Gaushala.

The police turned Prasai away, stating that he was not permitted to enter the Gaushala.

The Prasai group’s demonstration in Gaushala yesterday ended in a general clash.

Prasai’s demonstration, which is supposed to save the nation and its residents, is weakening by the day.
