The Power Purchase Agreement for Upper Balephi Hydropower Ltd. was signed on Nov 21, 2023, by Kulman Ghising, the Managing Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, and Mr. Umesh Kasaju, the Chair of Upper Balephi Hydropower Ltd. in the presence of Mr. Prawin Aryal and Mr. Sanjay Sah, the CEO of energy businesses of Golyan Group and Group CFO of Golyan Group respectively.
This PPA solidifies a commitment to developing and delivering clean, reliable energy to meet the growing demands of the country.
