Artist Prakash Dhakal found dead in Trishuli
Dhakal's body was discovered around 5 p.m. on Sunday.
KATHMANDU: Prakash Dhakal, an artist, was discovered dead in Krishnabhir, Ward No. 7 of Dhading’s Benighat-Rorang Rural Municipality.
Dhakal’s body was discovered around 5 p.m. on Sunday, according to Gautam Mishra, Superintendent of Police, Dhading District Police Office.
He claimed that Dhakal’s body was discovered in a george on the Trishuli River’s bank.
Dhakal used to live in Kathmandu, in Chapakot Municipality Ward No. 7 of Syangja. He arrived in Kathmandu from Syangja on Friday.
After discovering the body in the river, rafters in Trishuli contacted the police. On Monday, the body was removed from george.
Dhakal’s body has been identified.
Superintendent Mishra stated that his family members had also arrived. He stated that an investigation into the incident is underway. He also stated that a mobile phone was discovered with Dhakal, as well as an injury on his forehead.
