KATHMANDU: The Nepali Embassy in Israel has reported that Bipin Joshi, a Nepali national, is allegedly under the control of the Hamas group.
According to embassy sources, Joshi is believed to have been captured by the Kibbutz-Alumim faction of Hamas in Israel and subsequently taken to Gaza.
Joshi, who has not been contacted for 44 days after the attack by Hamas on Israel, has been taken hostage by Hamas in Gaza.
The embassy’s statement highlights the uncertainty surrounding Joshi’s current status, stating that it is currently impossible to determine his latest condition.
