KATHMANDU: The Turkish tourism sector is going to start early booking to increase the attraction of tourists.
It said that it is planning to bring in more tourists by identifying more alternative destinations.
According to Firuz Baglikaya, president of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, they began an early booking drive in the first week of December to bring in more tourists.
He stated that Turkey’s tourist locations will attract travelers from the sea to the sun, as well as cultural parks and medical tourists.
Turkey received $41.9 billion in tourism revenue in the first nine months of 2023. This year, the country hopes to generate a tourism revenue of $56 billion.
