Thousands of Moroccans in the streets in support of Palestine

KATHMANDU: Thousands of Moroccans took to the streets to protest the escalating confrontation between Israel and Hamas.

They staged a peaceful protest in favor of Palestine.

Thousands of Moroccans marched through Rabat in solidarity of Palestine. They marched with the Palestinian flag.

They stated that fighting will not solve the situation and urged them to initiate discussion.

The march came as Israel continued its intense reprisals against the Gaza Strip after the Palestinian militant group, Hamas, launched an attack on southern Israel from the enclave 10 days ago.

Thousands of people have been killed on both sides.
