Israel launches airstrikes in South Lebanon

KATHMANDU: Israel has launched airstrikes in southern Lebanon.

Israeli airplanes launched an aerial bombardment on the outskirts of the southern Lebanon city of Marwahin.

It was discovered that black smoke was emanating from the target region.

The sources added that heavy Israeli artillery fired 45 shells toward the outskirts of the border towns of Marwahin and Blida in southwest Lebanon.
