KATHMANDU: 72 Nepali students awaiting rescue in Israel have been relocated to a safe location.

Previously, all 55 Nepalese students working in an agricultural enterprise near Gaza’s border were rescued and relocated to a safer location with the assistance of security authorities.

According to the Nepalese embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel, they have been relocated to a more secure location near Israel’s northern border.

According to the embassy, more than 350 details have been received in the embassy’s online registration for the repatriation of Nepali citizens who want to return to Nepal.

The embassy claims that the process of their safe repatriation has been started.

It is reported that the health condition of 4 people who were injured in the attack by the Hamas group and are undergoing treatment is improving.

The embassy also informed that the search for a missing person has been accelerated with the help of all available local and diplomatic mechanisms including the police, hospitals.

Nepali citizens in Israel have been asked to remain calm and coordinate and cooperate with the embassy and follow the instructions of the local security agencies.
