Petrol price hike withdrawn

KATHMANDU: The increase in the price of petroleum products will be reversed as of Sunday at 12 a.m.

According to the company, the price rise would become effective at 12 a.m. on Sunday after Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ asked the corporation to remove it.

The corporation said that the price increase will be adjusted from the price stabilization fund and the money received from the Nepal government.
