Chair’s tenure dispute in N Pabson
Neupane claims that Hamal's term expired on Bhadra 24 (Sept 10) and that he is now the chair-elect.
KATHMANDU: The tenure of the Chair is being contested in the National Private and Boarding Schools’ Association (N Pabson).
Pandav Hamal will be the Chair for the first 18 months and Subash Neupane will be the co-chair for the second 18 months, according to the seventh convention held in Nepalgunj on the 24 of Falgun 2078 (8 March , 2022).
Neupane claims that Hamal’s term expired on Bhadra 24 (Sept 10) and that he is now the chair-elect.
However, as the position was not easily transferred, Neupane scheduled a program on Ashoj 13 (Sept 03) and prepared for the appointment.
Hamal said, ‘Some people have misled the elected working committee, and if there is any internal agreement, they have requested to submit the proposal properly.
He said that since he took an oath for a three-year term, he will work according to the statute and established values.
