Clashes between two communities again, indefinite curfew in Malangwa
The administration has requested that no one move, gather, walk outside and do any kind of disorderly activities within the curfew-imposed border area.

KATHMANDU: An indefinite curfew has been issued in Malangwa, Sarlahi headquarters.
Following clashs between the two populations, an indefinite curfew has been imposed in Malangwa, the capital.
Malangwa District Administration Office has imposed a curfew from 10:00 p.m. last night until further notice.
Chief District Officer Indradev Yadav informed that a curfew has been imposed from 10:00 p.m. till further instructions are issued to calm the situation following a conflict in Malangwa-3 on the way to idol immersion.
No one is permitted to move, gather, walk outside, or engage in any other activity within the old Malangwa city area (Jhim river in the east, Musaili canal in the west, Nepal-India border area in the south, and police post/Baba gas station in the north) under the curfew order.
A curfew has been imposed after some disruptive individuals began burning, vandalism, stone pelting, and demonstrations in the headquarters’ market area on Thursday evening.
According to Sarlahi Police Chief Superintendent of Police Nareshraj Subedi, the situation in Malangwa has returned to normal following the curfew order.
The administration has requested that no one move, gather, walk outside and do any kind of disorderly activities within the curfew-imposed border area.
The security personnel have also warned that those who violate the order will be punished according to the law by using force as necessary.
