KATHMANDU: NMB Bank has launched a cutting-edge ‘Digi Station’ to promote digital banking. The bank has created ‘Digi Station’ to provide consumers with an easy and convenient banking experience.

It is a station where cash deposits, clearing cheque deposits, cheque stops, cheque requisitions, balance inquiries, cash withdrawals, and statement production may all be done in an automated system without the need for human intervention.

The bank hopes that the inauguration of the ‘Digi Station’ will expand the financial services and amenities offered to consumers.

NMB Bank strives to suit its clients’ evolving banking needs by establishing advanced technical banking facilities and is committed to offering exceptional service.

The bank has begun the first phase of digital station installation by installing four machines at the NMB building’s Babar Mahal branch.

The cash deposit machine includes a capability where the user can transfer an amount less than one lakh rupees to the account without having to go to the bank counter, and the deposit receipt can also be obtained from the same machine.

Furthermore, the cheque deposit machine allows consumers to deposit new check applications and clear checks from the check stop.

NMB Bank has installed an ATM machine in the Digi Station, allowing customers to access account information and other services.

NMB Bank is currently providing high level service through 201 branches, 145 ATMs and 12 extension counters across the country.
