Yeti Airlines commences IFR flights to Pokhara

KATHMANDU: Yeti Airlines has begin night flights (IFR flights) from Kathmandu to Pokhara International Airport (PIA).

Pokhara International Airport (PIA) already has the facility of night flights, but it is going to start night flights with effect from today.
Yeti Airlines has planned flight NYT 683 from Kathmandu at 5:30 pm and flight NYT 684 from Pokhara at 6:20 pm for the night flight, according to Yeti Airlines spokeswoman Sudarshan Bartaula.
“Currently, there is only one flight for the evening, but the number of flights will be increased later than the current time based on passenger demand.”
He stated that nighttime flights are occasionally canceled when IFR flights do not begin, and that this situation would now be resolved. Yeti presently operates six daily flights to Pokhara.
