Prabhu Capital appointed issuance manager for Surya Kund Hydropower Share Issue

KATHMANDU: Prabhu Capital Limited has been designated as the share issue and sales manager for the first public offering to local residents and the general public by Surya Kund Hydro Electric Pvt. Ltd.

The appointment agreement was reached on Bhadra 27 (September 13).

Mr. Sukunta Lal Hirachan, Managing Director of Surya Kund Hydropower Electric Limited, and Mr. Aashish Gauchan, Chief Executive Officer of Prabhu Capital Limited inked the deal.
