Court asked Gurung, the owner of Bhatbhateni, for 24.6 million bond
Gurung, who was shown to be the main planner of the incident, has been asked for a bail of 24.6 million, while the others who were arrested with him have been asked for a maximum of 1.5 million.
In the case of Lalita Niwas, a bond of 24.6 million has been demanded from Meen Bahadur Gurung, the owner of Bhatbhateni.
The district court of Kathmandu has demanded the bail of the said sum while arguing closed debate.

Kaladhar Deuja and Binod Paudel have been asked for bail of 15 lakhs each by the court.
Lokhari Ghimire, Arun Kumar Shrestha, Narayanraj Mishra, Yograj Paudel, Gopal Karki, Ghaman Kumar Karki, Bal Krishna Shrestha and Rudra Kumar Shrestha have been asked for bail at the rate of 750,000.
Similarly, an order has been made to demand bail of Rs 350,000 from Shivaji Bhatta & Dhurva Prasad Aryal while Rs 101,000 from Sanjay Kumar Maharjan, Saklanand Maharjan, Devnarayan Maharjan and Baburaja Maharjan.
In this case, 311 people, including the deceased 21, have been made defendants, but others are absconding.
A case was filed against people engaged in this case by the public prosecutor’s office.
