Actor Sushil Sitaula in the movie ‘Mayavi’

KATHMANDU: Actor Sushil Sitaula has been cast in Diwakar Bhattarai’s upcoming film ‘Mayavi,’ for which he has received critical acclaim.

Sushil received a lot of appreciation for his work from Hostel Returners, Gaja Baaza, Ranbir, Julebi, Eincho Paincho.
On the occasion of Shree Krishna Janmashtami, director Bhattarai announced the film’s production on Wednesday.
Bhattarai’s own story will be in the film. Earlier, actor Paul Shah and actress Deepika Prasai have been finalized as the lead actors in the film. Paul Shah is going to make a comeback in the film after almost 2 years. Actress Prasai has worked with Diwakar in ‘Aishwarya’.
The production side said that the other actors and technicians of the film to be produced by Creative Cine Arts will be informed after some time. The film will have music by SD Yogi, lyrics by Ram Abiral Bista, DOP by Raju Bikram Thapa.
The movie will go on floors from Ashoj 2 (Sept 19).
Director Bhattarai confirmed that the film will be shot in the picturesque setting of Pokhara.
Diwakar has directed the films ‘Mero Jeevan Saathi’, ‘Stupid Maan’, ‘Dreams’, ‘Aishwarya’ and ‘Captain’.
The production side has informed that the story of this film is woven in the surroundings of Pokhara.
Diwakar has previously directed famous films like ‘Mero Jeevan Saathi’, ‘Stupid Man’, ‘Dreams’, ‘Aishwarya’ and ‘Captain’.
