This museum is divided into five main rooms. The museum showcases the actions of the Nepali Army throughout its history as well as military materials.
The photos and pictures of the prior Commander-in-Chief of the Nepalese Army to the current Commander-in-Chief, nation builders, generals, and supreme commanders are maintained in the first computing room.
The artworks of Nuwakot Gadhi, Jitgadhi, and Vakum Gadhi, which were employed in the unification of Nepal and the British war, are displayed at Palpa in the second room.
The Arms chamber, another historical weapons chamber, houses the hand weapons used by the Nepalese army during the unification of Nepal and the British conflict.
From loaded guns to cannons, khukuri have been brought from the military museum Chhauni. Modern hand weapons are stored alongside the old ones. In addition, the clothes used since the foundation of the Nepali Army, as well as the tailor’s marks used in the Nepali Army, are stored in the clothing and jewellery area.
A video of the Nepali Army’s contributions thus far is shown in the theater in the fifth room.
The rooms are cycled, and military-related materials are displayed in the final auditorium.

According to Chandra Oli, the Acting Head of Palpa Palace Museum, with the building of the military museum, around 450 people would visit Palpa Palace Museum daily.
