Nepal Life conducted a free primary health camp in Dudhkunda
The camp was held from the 11th to the 14th of Bhadra (Aug 28 to 31).
KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Company has conducted a free primary health camp for pilgrims in Dudhkunda, a well-known religious site in Solukhumbu district located at an elevation of 4632 meters.
The camp was held in partnership with the Nepal Red Cross Society Taksindu sub-branch.
The camp was held from the 11th to the 14th of Bhadra (Aug 28 to 31).
This camp has directly benefitted 422 devotees. 210 people were evaluated, 146 people received medicine, 64 people received first assistance, and two people received ambulance treatment. According to the firm, the camp was jointly run by health workers and Red Cross volunteers.
As of the high position, individuals with symptoms such as headache, vomiting, bodily joint discomfort, and respiratory problems were treated in particular during the fair. Under the corporate social responsibility program, Praveen Raman Parajuli, the business’s Chief Executive Officer, stated that the company will conduct numerous activities in the near future to bring about positive changes in social, economic, cultural, educational, and other areas.
