Civil Service Act will be implemented soon: Minister Anita Devi

KATHMANDU: Anita Devi, Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration has stated that the Federal Civil Service Act will play a vital role in strengthening the federal administration system.

Speaking at the 20th Civil Service Day ceremony at Singha Durbar on Friday, she stated that she believes the Federal Civil Service Act was delayed due to technical reasons, as the government has already decided to pass it through the Council of Ministers and send it to Parliament.

She stated that the Federal Civil Service Act will end not just the federal civil service but also many confusions at the state and municipal levels.

Minister Devi said that she expects everyone’s cooperation and expectation to pass the Act.
