KATHMANDU: Former Nepal Government Secretary Bhim Upadhyay apologized to Purnimaya Gurung of Chitwan Bharatpur Metropolitan City-16.

Former secretary Upadhyay sparked outrage after writing ‘Goru Khane Dharane’ on social media and posting it alongside Gurung’s photo.

He apologized for the post and pledged not to do anything similar in the future.

Gurung withdrew the complaint made against Upadhyaya after he apologized at the Gurung National Council’s central headquarters in Kathmandu, Tamu Choj Dhin.

In coordination with Tamu Hayul Choj Dhi Gurung National Council Chitwan, they have agreed on the Rohbar of the officials of Tamu Hayul Choj Dhi Gurung National Council Central Committee and Tamu Pye Lhun Sangh Chitwan.

It is mentioned in the mutual agreement between them that they will not make any accusations against each other in the future. Gurung also informed that she will return to Chitwan tomorrow and withdraw the cybercrime complaint lodged at the district police office.
