Clash between protesters and police, more than 100 injured

KATHMANDU: More than 100 individuals were hurt in violent skirmishes between Eritrean protestors and Israeli police in Tel Aviv.

The clash took place on Saturday.

Clashes erupted between supporters and opponents of the Eritrean government who had congregated near the club to oppose the Eritrean embassy’s program of events.

During the fighting, police arrested 39 people. During the fights, around 30 police officers were hurt.
