Man held for raping a minor

KATHMANDU: Sujan Nagarkoti, 36, of Godawari Municipality-2, was detained on Saturday afternoon on a charge of raping a 16-year-old girl.

On Thursday afternoon, officers from Lakuri Bhanjyang police station detained Nagarkoti on the basis of a charge that he raped the girl in the same municipality-2 Triveni forest.

In this context, the police are conducting the required investigations.
