External interference is not acceptable to us: Burhan

AGENCY: General Commander of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), Abdel Fattah Al Burhan, has said that Sudan will not accept external interference.

He stated on Saturday that the Sudanese people and army must overcome external forces.

He stated that the army and the people had agreed to destroy the revolt and that they did not like being dictated to by outside forces.

He claimed that the incident in Sudan demonstrated the country’s need for a professional army.

Armed skirmishes between SAF and RSF have been taking place in Khartoum and other locations of Sudan since April 15.
