Manchester City’s 100% win, Tottenham win in Son’s hat-trick

KATHMANDU: Defending champion Manchester City has defeated Fulham 5-1 while maintaining its 100 percent winning streak in the English Premier League.

Manchester City won thanks to two goals from Erling Haaland and one each from Julian Alvarez and Nathan Ake. Fulham’s Tim Ream scored a goal.
Tottenham also defeated Burnley in another match. Tottenham made a 5-2 comeback after falling down by 1-0 goals in the previous encounter on Saturday.
Tottenham won thanks to a hat-trick from Son Heung-min. Son scored in the 16th, 63rd, and 66th minutes of the game to complete his hat trick. Cristian Romero and James Maddison each scored once. Burnley’s goals came from Lyle Foster and Josh Brownhill.
After this win, Tottenham is in second place in the league with 10 points in 4 games. Burnley have lost three games in a row this season.
