Heavy rain again, where is the risk?

KATHMANDU: Currently, the Monsoon low-pressure line is located to the north of Sardar place.
In addition, the low-pressure system that emerged in the northeastern region of the Bay of Bengal had a minor impact on Nepal. As a result, there is partial to normal rain over the country, with light to moderate rain falling in a few spots in Bagmati and Gandaki States.
The afternoon will be partly to partly cloudy across the country. There is a chance of light to moderate rain in Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini States, as well as one or two other locations in the region. Heavy rain and lightning are possible in one or two areas of Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini States.
According to the department, there is a possibility of light rain at night in Koshi, Lumbini and a few places in Sudurpaschim State and one or two places in the rest of the region.
