KATHMANDU: Bagmati State Chief Minister Shalikram Jamkattel has stated that the road between Hetauda, the state capital, and Kathmandu, the federal capital, will be completed within four months.
He said that the Hetauda-Kulekhani-Fakhel-Kathmandu route would be finished within a Poush (Dec/Jan).
