Just a few days ago, there was a military coup in Gabon.
Guterres urged African Unions to play a decisive role in promoting peace, democratic stability and good governance in Africa. He said that the African people should be informed about this. At the end of this week, he is going to the Africa Climate Summit in Kenya.
After that, he is going to Indonesia to participate in the 13th ASEAN United Nations Summit. After that he will come to
India to attend the G20 Summit. He is also going to Cuba for the G77 and China summit.
He said that he will discuss this with world leaders during the conference.
