IPO allotment of Sun Nepal Life Insurance
14,60,061 eligible applicants were made to participate in the rounding process.
KATHMANDU: The IPO of Sun Nepal Life Insurance has been distributed today.
76,80,000 common applicants have received shares at the rate of 10 shares through round robin.
Out of a total of 14,66,862 applications for this IPO, the applications of 6,801 people have been cancelled, according to the Sales Manager Nepal SBI Merchant Banking.
14,60,061 eligible applicants were made to participate in the rounding process.
This company opened the sale of a total of 76,80,000 shares to the general public from Shrawan 32 (Aug 17) to Bhadra 4 (Aug 21) at IPO premium price.
It issued an IPO at a rate of Rs 239 after adding a premium of Rs 139 per share.
