AGENCY: A stork found in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province with a broken beak has been successfully transplanted.
The Oriental White Stork is a migratory bird with first-class national protection in China.
Zhu Baogung Hong, who performed a successful beak procedure, stated that they had to explore several solutions to preserve this oriental stork.
He said that he considered it would be appropriate to offer artificial beaks to the storks as soon as possible and consequently presented them with false beaks.
Following treatment, the bird was returned to the wild.
Among birds, it is sometimes known as a big panda.
