KATHMANDU: Nepal lost to Pakistan by 238 runs in the first match of Asia Cup cricket.

Nepal were bowled out for 104 runs at home against Pakistan, a recognized ODI side.
Pakistan set a target of 343 runs after winning the toss and electing to bat. Nepal got bowled out in 23.3 overs while chasing a massive score.
Nepal will meet another South Asian country, India, next Monday after losing to Pakistan in the opening round.
The second match for Nepal will be held in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
