IPO Issue Management Agreement signed between Citizens Capital & Thulo Khola Hydropower

KATHMANDU: Initial Public Offering (IPO) Issue Management Agreement was signed today between Thulo Khola Hydropower Limited and Citizens Capital Limited in a program held at Sundhara, Kathmandu.

The agreement was signed by Shweta Adhikari Panth who is the Director of Thulo Khola Hydropower Limited and Sabir Bade Shrestha CEO of Citizens Capital Limited.

As per the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited (Subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited) will manage the IPO of Thulo Khola Hydropower Limited for the Issuance of ordinary shares to the affected local and to the general public as well.

Thulo Khola Hydropower Limited is developing its project, “Mathillo Thulokhola A Jalbidhyut Ayojana” at Myagi District, which is a 22.5 MW project.
