Court orders age verification of girl’s mother in Sandeep case

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has ordered that the age of the mother of the minor who is said to be the victim in the rape case against Sandeep Lamichhane be matched.

Judge Rajukumar Khatiwada’s bench directs age verification of the girl’s mother during the case hearing after finding that the age was different.

The age of the girl’s mother was found to be 2053 years.
