Agreement between Global Equity Fund & Invest for Impact

KATHMANDU: Global Equity Fund has entered into an agreement with Invest for Impact to receive technical assistance to raise direct investment in the fund.

With this support, it is believed that global equity funds will be helped to adopt international best practices in post-investment portfolio monitoring and management processes.

The Global Equity Fund will collaborate with IntelliCap consultancy, the consultancy arm of Aavishkaar Capital, India’s largest impact investing fund manager.

Global Equity Fund is authorized to manage a specialized fund that invests in private equity and venture capital.

They invest as private equity in companies that are not yet publicly traded or as venture capital in early-stage companies.
