UML secretariat meeting begins at Chyasal party headquarters

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML secretariat meeting has begun. The meeting began in Chyasal’s party headquarters.

The meeting is expected to discuss current political events, especially the gold smuggling issue.

The CPN-UML has been blocking Parliament by calling for the establishment of a high-level commission of investigation to look into gold smuggling.

However, the government is opposed to the formation of the aforementioned committee.

Today’s House of Representatives meeting has been scheduled for 1 p.m.
