The authorities has also asked the general public to exercise caution along the Koshi River's coast.

KATHMANDU: The flow of water in the Saptakoshi River has reached its highest level this year. The water flow in the Saptakoshi River has reached 462,345 cusecs, according to the administration’s latest measurement at 4 a.m. on Monday.
Following an increase in water flow, all 56 gates of the Koshi Barrage have now been opened.
The authorities has also asked the general public to exercise caution along the Koshi River’s coast.
The monsoon low-pressure line is located north of Sardar station (closer to hilly terrain of Nepal). In addition to this, the water vapour-rich air coming from the Bay of Bengal also has an effect.
Currently, it is completely cloudy across the country and it is raining in a few places in the hilly areas of all the provinces and few places in the remaining areas.
