Locals protest against the dozer of KMC who reached Kapan to excavate river

KATHMANDU: Locals protested as the Kathmandu Metropolitan Municipality (KMC) deployed a team with a dozer to excavate the Khare River in Kapan.

The team that came to excavate the river was prevented by Metropolitan Police Chief Rajunath Pandey and others.

At the Survey Department Office Chabahil, a debate is currently taking place between the metropolis’ representative team and the Budhanilkantha Municipality’s representative team.

Budhanilkantha Municipality objected, claiming that the mayor did not attend the meeting.
