Nepal’s first animated movie Salina: Warrior Princess unveils its poster
The film was directed by Tejsharaj Joshi and produced by Rainmaker Animation and Visual Effects Academy.
KATHMANDU: Nepal produced an animated film. A trailer for the film ‘Salina: Warrior Princess’ has also been unveiled.
The film, based on the folk legend of the princess and the monster, took six years to complete, according to editor Shiva Puri.
‘This is a new venture for us, and it will influence the future of such films,’ said Puri, the editor.
The film was directed by Tejsharaj Joshi and produced by Rainmaker Animation and Visual Effects Academy.
Sagin Maharjan, Avinash Singh Tharu and Shirbha Manandhar are graphic artists in the movie edited by Shruti Shrestha along with editor Puri.
Krishma Rajakarnikar, Lajina Shrestha, Benisha Khatiwada, Aditi Gyawali, Ejme Kuinkel, Jharna Rai, Tejsharaj Joshi, Sushil Nepal, Dev Neupane, Yubin Pujari, Juna Thapa, Kumar Neupane and others have produced the film by director Joshi and editor Shrestha.
